I think the idea is so interesting and almost everyone who tried it speak so well of this diet or life style if you would call it that. Since I’ve had the flue for a week now and have not been able to exercise I decided to try something new.
So from now on my diet will consist of proteins and FAT.
We’ll see how it goes.

Friday night at the gym.

WHY are there so many people at the gym all of a sudden?? Seriously I’m losing it right now just leave me the fuck alone do I look like a gym instructor??
What do you when you’re at the gym but you just can’t get yourself to do anything? Hit me with your best tips ladies, cause this seems to be happening quite often recently.
Weight loss tip:
If you’ve been at this exercising thing for a while and slowing stopped losing weight, CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE. That’s what I did and it work like a charm. Honestly just try it for a week and you’ll see the difference. :)

500 calories on the treadmill yesterday and 400 today. Guess I’m back.
Zero motivation and zero confidence today.
I’m on a weird, unhealthy diet at the moment. I usually eat a healthy breakfast and then nothing else for the rest of the day. But around five i eat a chocolate bar but it’s okey cause I’ve been good up until then? Then I have something to eat when I get home from the gym like fruit and yogurt.
I really need to stop eating candy and carbs for real of I want to start losing weight faster.
And I smoked Cigarettes this week too.
Just ran for 25 minutes straight for the first time in four years :D
