I am so exited!
I feel my body changing. So motivating even though I cheated a bit at the gym today.
But all I can do is work harder tomorrow :)

Recently I started walking at least 30 minutes before running and it is so refreshing! Seriously I’ve felt so good these last couple of days. Tip of the day ladies :)
Just binged on nutella… For my on sanity I wont read the nutrition facts… I’ll just go to the gym and work extra hard and move on. One mistake won’t hold me back. I am doing this.

Burned 400 calories doing cardio.
Then I focused on my belly since I really want some a bit of muscles to show when all the fat is gone!
For the first time in a long time I feel healthy! Never thought I’d see the day.

I’ve been eating so much these past few days I feel sick. Starting tomorrow it’s literally boot camp. I have a week off school and I plan on spending at least three hours at the gym every day and really watch my food.
Lost 3lbs this week. So dissapointed.

Craving a cigarette. Quit smoking three weeks ago and havnt even thought of smoking until now. But I won’t give in, I’m stronger than that.
