Recently I started walking at least 30 minutes before running and it is so refreshing! Seriously I’ve felt so good these last couple of days. Tip of the day ladies :)

Just binged on nutella… For my on sanity I wont read the nutrition facts… I’ll just go to the gym and work extra hard and move on. One mistake won’t hold me back. I am doing this.

Burned 400 calories doing cardio. Then I focused on my belly since I really want some a bit of muscles to show when all the fat is gone! For the first time in a long time I feel healthy! Never thought I’d see the day.
