Just burned 350 calories in 30 minutes. Feels good.
The gym used to be the only place I felt good about myself but now its just like every other place. I feel like shit look like shit and can’t even do a proper work out. Useless. I don’t deserve to live.
Then I’ll go to school then the gym and then probably have lunch/dinner at 3-4 pm.
Perhaps some salmon with avokado so I’ll make it til bed time.
Had some broccoli soup for dinner after work out today. It feels quite nice to be full but at the same time I hate myself because I know tomorrow will be so muck more difficult now.
I can’t even do a proper sit up cause my belly fat is in the fucking way. I disgust myself.
Tomorrow I’m spending at least two hours at the gym, need to start with cardio.
Don’t know wether to fast tomorrow or not… Don’t want to mess up my metabolism
Just got back from the gym. Hate myself ATM I didn’t even push myself hard. My friend was there so I mostly hun v out with him instead of burning all that disgusting food. Hanging out with friends is not going to make me skinny.
