I’m on a weird, unhealthy diet at the moment. I usually eat a healthy breakfast and then nothing else for the rest of the day. But around five i eat a chocolate bar but it’s okey cause I’ve been good up until then? Then I have something to eat when I get home from the gym like fruit and yogurt.
I really need to stop eating candy and carbs for real of I want to start losing weight faster.
And I smoked Cigarettes this week too.
